This bench is insanely sturdy but that comes at the cost of it being heavier than most home gym benches. It's more of a bench you'd expect to find in a commercial gym and can be difficult to move around small spaces. The pad is really nice and has some good grip for benching, the zero gap pad is nice and pretty easy to adjust, and it stores vertically to save space when not in use. I'd recommend it if you find it used at a good price, but it might be a little too much bench for most people.

Great bench overall, but the zero gap adjustment mechanism just gets annoying to use. I'd much prefer a small gap and the ease of no adjustments then have to move the seat pad every single time I want to adjust the main bench pad.

This was my first bench and I appreciated the ability to adjust gap. It is built like a tank and was easy to adjust. The padding was decent and I used the decline feature with the leg attachment for sit-ups and decline pressing. They took this bench out of their lineup and the newer line of benches have better padding and a more grippy vinyl. This bench was a great value and worthwhile to pick up if one ever pops up. I wanted something easier to move around my gym, something more nimble and that could be rolled from either side - so I own the Ironmaster Super Bench Pro V2, modified/upgraded a few things on it and it’s the best bench ever.

This is a great bench. It is heavier than shit and a bit of a pain to move around in my small gym. But its sturdy and it stands up pretty well if I need to get it out of the way.

This really is a great bench. Adjusting is easy and having the seat being adjustable a major bonus as well. It is heavy but it’s so well made and solid. Has the ability to slide in a foot catch into the end for core work which is a nice feature. Wheels are made well making the bench easy to move around. Not sure why REP stopped making this bench? If you can find a used one I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to buy it. This thing will last a lifetime.
