Abmat
Soft to the touch but firm in use, the new and improved AbMat combines the key design innovations of the original model with a new single-piece construction, featuring molded integral skin polyurethane foam. This medical-grade, closed-cell material not only offers antibacterial and moisture-resistant properties, but also adds to the density and structural integrity of the mat, preventing the arch from flattening out over time, so you get a consistent abdominal workout day to day, year to year.

Great improvement on the previous abmat, I upgraded to these when they came out, the foam density is durable and firm.

Worthwhile addition to the gym and has held up well. Mostly use it for sit ups, but can be useful for something to kneel on for other exercises like lunges. The texture and density of the foam is nice and doesn't slide or move at all when using it.

Although I've never used it for my abs, it's great for supporting my forearms during extension/flexion curls, my knees during tibialis raises, and in bridging the gap between bench angles when working on my Nordics.

Fantastic product! I love the density of the foam. I’ve had it for several years now and use it regularly. It’s really not showing any signs of wear. I have found it useful for lots of things beyond sit-ups. I grab it pretty much any time I do a kneeling exercise

Excellent product for core work . Also use for bench support. Good value and solid build.

Great for some select core exercises, or if you're using pressing machines and need a little more back support if the seat adjustability isnt good. Overall a pretty handy tool to have around
