Adjustable Bench Leg Roller Attachment

Adjustable Bench Leg Roller Attachment

Transform your adjustable bench into a full flat-incline-decline (FID) bench with the Leg Roller Attachment. This attachment easily connects to your BlackWing™ bench to give it decline capabilities. Simply slide the attachment into the end of the bench and tighten the knob. Then adjust the bench to the angle you want, hook your feet into the roller, and get to work. The attachment provides stability so you can safely do decline exercises, like decline sit-ups and decline chest presses. The Leg Roller Attachment is sturdy, made from heavy-duty, 11-gauge steel with a foam pad. The pads are 4” in diameter and add 12.5” to your bench, without adding any width.

It's just a roller. Works as expected, but dont expect this to be a super premium piece. Its just ok for it does. If you really need it, wait for a deal. Dont pay full price for it.

I don't really use this a lot in my regular training. However, it's nice to have the option to do nordic curls and sit-ups. They recently updated the padding on this unit, so I'm less inclined to recommend this piece now.

I was looking to get this for Nighthawk, I tested it out at the REP UK Launch and it felt loose when connected. I decided not to buy it and the V2 had just been announced which addressed my issues. whilst much more for the V2, I decided to go with that

Rollers are hard/stiff and not easily adjustable. Looks like the version 2 would be the better choice and appears to solve most of the cons to this piece.

I used this with my Zero Gap for decline press and decline sit-ups. It was stable and comfortable…after I upgraded the rollers. Plus that was the only attachment offered by REP for a bench. It worked fine and is reasonably priced.

This is a nice add on for the rep bench giving one the ability to do decline sit-ups and I’m sure some other exercises. My only gripe with it is the upholstery isn’t really as good as their other products I’ve seen and mine tore slightly at the seams on one of the rollers. It’s not terrible if you make sure to spin it so it’s not on that side and could possibly be just a defect with mine and not others. Use case is great though so I definitely recommend it.

I would definitely replace this with the 2.0 if I could. The 1.0 is fine, it works well--locks in nicely. I do wish the second bolt for tightening could be held on it, it's definitely a loss risk. I mainly use it for decline situps, you can do nordic curls with it, but I've never been able to get that to feel conferrable. I honestly don't use it that much, I used to love decline situps but have mostly switched to cable crunches / leg raises.

The Blackwing was my first purchase a couple of years ago, and thought I really needed this attachment. As it turns out, it rarely gets used by me or other family members. Build quality is "fine" but nothing special. My gym space is fairly limited, so storing it becomes an issue. Only upside is that it helped me understand how critical storage is when considering other pieces.

Honestly… if I had to do it again I would probably pass. Nothing wrong with it, I just don’t use it.
