Rating based on what I was expecting....and it was as good as Coop said it would be while dragging it behind his truck. Its a workhorse that I use daily and easy to move just by literally tossing it to the side and not having to worry about breaking my $45 bench (at time I purchased it 7 years ago). Like a Timex, takes a lickin and keeps on tickin.

I've had this bench for 2 years and it's held up pretty well. For the price of around $50 its a decent bench, but its pretty stiff on the back so you'll want to upgrade down the road.

I have been using this bench for roughly 4 years and it still looks new! Definitely quality built for the price. Very comfortable bench for someone my size (5’10” 220). Pad is a little stiff but still comfortable.

This bench was fine. It was too narrow and too tall to work well for any kind of competition prep. But for someone looking for an inexpensive option to get you through, it doesn't get much cheaper than this.

Definitely the cheapest bench I could recommend to almost anyone. I believe the old versions like what I had were rated to 300lb but the new ones claim 700lb total (specified as a 400lb person and 300lb barbell). Not sure what changed and if you’re over 250lb yourself or benching 300+ you’re probably serious and have a dedicated heavy duty bench. This bench is perfect for a second bench to throw around for DB work or other random light weight things. All that said I don’t even use the actual bench anymore. I removed the pad and now use the pad for seal rows, box squats, kneeling or seated cable exercisesz
