This is a pretty standard ankle cuff and serves its intended purpose

Only change I would like to see is a double Velcro strap. That is the best version of a strap I have used where it allowed it to still be used as Velcro got old.

Does its job but no different then every other ankle strap

It comes in handy from time to time as am attachment. I dont really use them often for anything. But they work and in my experience are comfortable when in use.

Nothing special vs other brands. My wife likes it but I’d look at Amazon as well.

For me these are a bit too big, even on the smallest amount (where the rings are touching) I have about 1" extra. I had a cheap ankle strap from amazon, and honestly hated it, this one stays in place. I use it for many lower body movements (leg raises, toes to bar, kickbacks, abductions, ...). I think it'd be too big for upper body movements, though I haven't tried.

It's fine. not good, not bad, just whatever. Not super comfortable, but not painful to wear.

I got two of these so I could do hamstring curls. They work pretty well but occasionally the loop setup will spin and make a rep feel weird. The work great usually and it’s probably operator error
