Surprised with the knurling on this one, feels great and the swivel is smooth. Purchased with a BoS plate loaded tower, and it will definitely bonk you on the head if you leave it on with no weight. It's pretty heavy for a lat pulldown bar but good purchase overall. Purchased new in Feb 2026.

Great lat pulldown bar that came with the lat pulldown machine. Nicely knurled nearly end to end. Steel and heavy, so be careful when changing weights on the selectorized version.

Great lat pulldown bar, the knurling has a good bite to it , I feel like the bar is a little long but not a complaint! The straight portion of the bar I’ve used for tricep push downs or bicep curls. Great bar does exactly what you’d expect
Ps: SHAFT DIAMETER MAKES DRINK SPOTTER MOUNTING A BIT HAIRY. Can be done though

Good lat pulldown bar. This came with my Bells of Steel lat pulldown machine. Knurling is grippy and the swivel works good with no weird noises. It's not premium, but nice enough that I have not felt the need to replace.
