Dirtbag level “utility seat” say that in quotes as made to to do more then one.
Made from scrap wood. Cut to width of rack and Amazon Safeties. Primary use is as a “Squat Box” to make better use of space and one less object to worry about tripping over. Or seeing how strong toes are when absent mindedly tag with foot.
Does the job. Also handy when doing deadlifts and want to take a breather- and also have a sip of beverage.

A wood Bench that is a functional work of art. Many people would not trust this but the. They do not understand the strength and quality of the craftsmanship. This a mortise and tenon joint design. I have benched 300 on this and I weight 230.

Purposely picked up the REP Utility Seat for this and it works a treat. It fits bang in the centre of the RM4 and its easy to dial in for use with the J cups and safeties. I also have an adjustable bench, but got this to get rid of my other flat bench, and also use this for seal rows

This is the custom rails from JD Gym Equipped, I wish there was a better way to bring eyes to this. IT fixed all the flaws of the nighthawk, but was pricey. Well worth it

When I didn't have an incline bench, I would use my blocks and flat bench to get incline work done. I would also set up the safety straps so I could roll the bar down if I missed a rep.
