These days I hardly box squat anymore, let alone to a foam pad, but back in the day I used this a lot. It held up nice and was pretty comfy between sets. Much better that the old ghetto westside way of bare couch cushions lol

This pad has been a great addition to the top of my box squat box. It's held up nicely over the last couple of years. Get yourself one and box squat away.
