Machine calibrated for next-level precision, these durable cast-iron KG plates are accurate to within 10g in weight. Each disc is cut thin to allow for max loading capacity (up to 700+ KG) and color-coded for easy identification from a distance. The back of each plate includes calibration plugs (lead on smaller plates, brass on plates 5LB and up) for an ever greater level of precision. These plates feature a 50.40MM center hole for a snug fit on your barbell, and as a result may not fit on some cheaper barbells not held to spec. I purchased a 459 Kilo set from Rogue way back in 2018 and it shipped for $5. The price at that time was a little over $2k. They have been my daily drivers for all of my main powerlifting lifts. They have held up well except for few paint chips.

Picked up a set of 35s from a rogue garage sale since I had avoided buying 35s until I found a very cheap excuse. I got these for $1 per pound and they were clearly heavily used, but I like the color and thin profile of them. Lots of paint chipping and wear but they do the job.

Solid KG comp plates. Bought them several years back new, but they were on sale, so it was a pretty good price compared to new now. I'd just make sure you really want KG competition plates before dropping the $. Most people really don't need them in my opinion. The paint will chip and wear on these, but still work good as new.

Soild plates but nothing special as far as kilo plates go, made the same place as everyone else for the generation of plate, paint will chip and IPF Stickers come off pretty easy, lost a few brass plugs and had to search hard to find them but was able to install back into plates

I have pound versions, and have used and trained with KG. No major variances. Overall feedback is that both have a very thin lip, and overall the paint job on these pretty well sucks as it chips quick and factory touch up looks like they had children finger paint them in China.

I've had a full set of these since September 2022 and have no complaints compared to any other rogue plates i've had. They've aged well and I like them. The only complaint I have is it would be nice to grip them easier.

All of they have the lug, all kilo plates are the same. These are expensive but are what is expected. I got a good deal from a buddy. If I had to just buy them I would probably look at Xmaster.

If you are a powerlifter you surely will like lifting with them, if not, they are overrated and you are probably happier with pumpers and cast irons. Quality wise the Rogues are great and I have no issue with them, usage will make the color rub/chip off with time for sure. They might be a bit annoying to grip with one side being completely flat, other brands try to amend that issue.

I recently have acquired a decent amount of these plates (thanks Hogan and Nicole) from Rogues garage sale. I would not have pursued these at full price. Mine are used and a little beat up but I don’t mind that look. The paint on these easily comes off. They can be a pain to move around especially compared to a plate with a larger lip. I think if you do powerlifting specific training they are cool to have. Not a necessity for anyone by any means but I think they are cool. I still prefer using my strength co plates as far as the user experience goes.
