Got these in a adj dumbbell set in the early 2000s. I still have the spinlock bars and these plates. I use the plates on a few machines I have that take standard sizes. These look great after all these years. Occasional rust spots that I clean off but otherwise I really like the look of these. Odd sizes though my set was a mix of 5lb and 3lb plates. Never saw another 3lb plate anywhere lol

Found a little 3 lb pair on a random FBM pick up. Keep hoping to find more but no luck so far. Look good and the chrome as held up.

Shiny little standard plates. They work the same as black iron, and shouldn't cost you more... they are commonly found on the used market and generally aren't worth more than $1/lb.

I have these in the second hand collection of standard plates and they look better than any of the other standard plates. They have help up better than all of the others.
