I really enjoyed this machine - it is small and the leg press is excellent although its a plate eater. I suspect you get about 60% felt weight on the leg press and 70% on the hack squat. I'm 5'8' so the hack squat on my version was a challenge for range of motion but the newer version is excellent. Reasonable price, great machine. Good build quality.

This machine has been a really good fit for my garage gym because it gives me both leg press and hack squat movements without taking up a massive amount of space. The sled feels smooth, and I like being able to switch between movements depending on what I want to focus on during leg day. I’ve also noticed it’s easier on my lower back compared to loading heavy barbell squats all the time. If you want a dedicated leg machine but don’t have room for commercial gym-sized equipment, this is a solid option.

This 3n1 leg press/hack squat machine is a great option for anyone looking to save space and have this type of machine. The build quality is very good IMHO and building was very straightforward and easy, I did it alone. The value is just okay as I paid $900 shipped but I’m happy with the warranty and know it’s a solid company I bought from. As far as performance it does fine. The angle for press only gives about 60% of loaded weight so it’s a plate eater but I’m not maxing anything out myself. I’d say leg press is a solid B- Calf raise a c+ and the Hack Squat being a B+ and very good and the best out of the 3 exercises. As far as fit I’m 5’10” and depth is fine for me but my wife is 5’1” and she needs yoga blocks to get depth on hack squat.

I bought second hand. Only reason value is 5 stars. If I would have paid full price I’d be a little disappointed. It’s a great machine that does 3 thing good not great. Which should be expected. I love the foot print. I think this is 100% a great starter unit to upgrade in the future. Look for a used one at half price.

I love this machine. I am a big person (6'3" and close to 300lbs) and I fit well into this machine. I have had both knees and both hips replaced and I feel great when I use this. I also feel very safe. The machine looks great and is built very well. I have used it alot during the two plus years I have owned it. It still looks and works great.

I really wanted to like this piece and after Gym Crafter’s review and Garage Gym Reviews really praised it, I felt confident ordering it. It does have a small footprint, which I value in a small basement home gym, but it really lacks the ability for proper heavy loading. The footplate is very nice and large, the ability to attach the calf block added further versatility to this machine. I felt that I was able to get full range of motion and great depth with both Hack squat and Leg Press. The build quality was average to good. The roller mechanism had smooth gliding as well. The safety latch was a little awkwardly positioned, but once you get used to it, it’s not really a big deal. The lack of being able to properly load this with adequate weight is not necessarily an issue with its construction, but rather the very nature of having a significant angle, thereby decreasing the felt loaded weight by like 35-40%. Yes, sure, you can do one legged workouts to compensate for that, but I wasn’t interested in accommodating this “deficiency”. I added band pegs (which are not supplied with this unit and not really something they incorporated into the design, and that worked out well, but the unit still just fell short. I wound up selling this piece after about 5 months and I’ll include the FB listing photo.

A bit expensive for the build quality and overall value. I have a dedicated Nautilus Hack Squat so I don’t use the hack squat feature of this machine and don’t think it’s stable enough or built well enough to take seriously for hacks. For the leg sled portion it’s pretty good and I love the angle and feel for the quads, easy on the knees. Build quality is subpar. Machine feels cheap, the pads are ok but not great, my machine had some obvious manufacturing tolerance issues and is not level by a noticeable amount, I have to shim one side under the feet to keep it level and stable. Probably would go with a cheaper powertec or other version for most home gyms. I will eventually replace this with a higher end commercial version.
