Crash Cushion™

I got these as part of a bundle deal ON FB marketplace, I didn't really need these, but my wife made great use of them by stacking them up against a wall and using them as backing for hip thrusters (our bench was too tall and uncomfortable for her). We've since bought the Rogue Monster multi-use roller so my son now uses it as a landing pad when he swings on the rings. They have handles on the sides so they are real easy to move around and stage.

I picked these up used on FB Marketplace from a guy who used them some but not a lot. Which; besides some scuffs from use the foam felt pretty dense as if they were only used a handful of times. I couldn’t justify spending full price ($312.50, shipped to me) for these since full price for these cost more than my log (Valor fitness 12inch log). I was just about to buy some Titan pads when these came available for a great price ($125). They work well for my use so far and I like them for what I paid, I wish they weren’t so expensive. I do like them, they are dense foam and do a great job at dampening sound. As well as protecting the floor even on stall mats. I think if you are going to do really heavy log and you can swing it, maybe look into the Log Pads from AbMat. As others have said, they are Abmat cushions, just Rogue Branded.

Above avg quality crash pads. But honestly in our gym these are an item that will need to replaced after a few years anyway and because of that we usually go with Titan as there much cheaper and almost the same quality

Overall not bad held up nicely the years but over priced for what they do. The zippers are pretty much blown out and it’s not worth to buy another set

Super beefy crash cushions that stand the test of time. I had mine for years and they looked brand new. Definitely worth the price.

These Rogue Crash Cushions (actually made Abmat but just Rogue branded) have great foam density and the vinyl material has held up over thousands of drops without cracking or tearing. There are several other manufacturers that have done less expensive versions - but I’m unfamiliar with those since I’ve never had a need to replace these over the past 6 years. Even though I have 3/4” rubber floors, these cushions help deaden the sound and certainly protect the porcelain tiled floor underneath rubber tiles.

Crash pads sold by rogue and made by Ab Mat. They are top notch crash pads. I use these regularly when doing various different strongman lifts. Purchased used in 2025 for $175
