We used them mostly during lockdown, just before we built our gym, now we use them for warm ups, rehab and mobility. Good quality and value.

This is a daily use piece for me. I incorporate them into my warm up along with reverse hyperextensions and some hip stretches. I have them in all of the weights including 3-7-10-15-25. I use the 7 pound and 15 pound the most. I gave it a ding on build quality because I have the plastic handles and one cracked. I did not bother with replacement. I just wrapped it with some electrical tape and it performs just fine. Worth paying a little extra for this brand. I mounted these to my mass storage system using eye bolts.

I got the full set of the blackout version of these and they are sweet. The actual band is amazing quality. The carabiners paired to them are definitely a little cheap for the price you’re paying. I would’ve loved to have seen some high quality aluminum climbing type carabiners. This would make them more versatile and easy to use while justifying high price tag more. The handles are also cheap, hollow plastic, which is fine, but again for the price I don’t think it’s crazy to expect a little more.

I purchased the “blackout” version. I use them for warmup and prehab to avoid shoulder issues. They are connected to my rack via Force6 RESISTANCE BAND ATTACHMENT / POWER RACK ATTACHMENTS. They swivel and I have 2 pairs of these attachments permanently mounted and out of the way on the bottom and top of my rack, so the bands are also hanging out of way - requiring no setup time.

Great tool to have in any home gym, take up virtually no space and are very versatile. I use them mainly to warm up before starting my work out. High quality construction. A little on the pricey side but other than that they are great!

This was actually the first thing I ever bought for my home gym back in 2018 after I was having back issues. I still use them weekly now, and are great for warm ups or if your back is just feeling tight in general. I bought the hip & core bands later and those have been great.

I purchased this system as a last shot to avoid surgery on a SLAP tear. They helped me completely rehab my shoulder and get back to training and benching heavy again. Great build quality and comfortable to use. Comes with rehab and strengthening programs.

I purchased these while rehabbing my son’s partial labrum tear. The durability and quality of these bands is awesome.
They are a great, compact tool that he can carry right in his kit bag for warm ups.
They have nice even stretch throughout the movement, and the fabric sleeve is nice to protect the user if the band ever does fray and break.
