This does offer some variety to your work and can be fun, but not something I'd say is for everyone.

Had this on my RML 690 great pull up bar the individual sphere pull up grips are way too pricey these are a great alternative.

Built well for sure, but this thing gets crowded quickly on a rack. I've found I would rather not have this hanging over me and instead use something with a smaller footprint to do different grips.
