Decline weighted crunches are my favorite ab exercise and this attachment helps me to do them with no footprint. I feel very secure using this and it gets the job done.

Does exactly what it's supposed to. Padding could be thicker and a few inches longer.

If you only buy one attachment for your Iron Master bench, it should be this one. Makes your bench far more versatile than the majority out there. The amount of decline you can get with it puts all other FIDs to shame.

Easily the most versatile Ironmaster attachment and crazy value for what you get out of it. Not only can you do situps, but I also love doing Nordic curls, and split squats using the rollers. You can even use it as a lat pulldown seat and an inversion table. Absolute must have if you are going to buy an ironmaster bench.

Completely functional situp attachment. Inexpensive.
I actually mainly use this to trap my heels for (failing at) Nordic curls, it doesn't work great for that but it's the best I have, and I'm not going to criticize IM for my personal misuse of this attachment.

This holds you securely, but I had to mod the bar and rollers that engage your ankles. I ordered the larger sized ones and the longer rod that holds them to replace the existing shorter rod and smaller rollers. I also installed a thicker more grippy handle cover for the center handle. While this piece is relatively inexpensive and totally functional from a performance standpoint and 100% worth the purchase, it could be made a little better.

While I haven’t done many sit-ups on this attachment, I regularly use it to do decline pressing on the Ironmaster bench. It traps the legs securely. The handle on top makes it easy to get into position.
