Comfortable, durable, and affordable. With a waist of 31", I use this for not only loaded dips and pullups but for belt squats, too. After switching out the included chain for a daisy chain, this belt is now perfect.

I orginally bought this belt as gift for my father to use in his home gym, and I liked it so much, I bought a second one for myself. This is a high quality accessory that maximizes comfort and durability. Given how well it performs and it industrial-grade materials, this very well may be that last dip belt I ever buy.

Works like you’d expect and does not disappoint. If you’re like me you’ll look at the padding and probably think it’s not enough but as a reformed skeptic it’s just right.
PS: drink spotter has a tough time sticking to the chain so I suggest putting it on the plate you hang

It does exactly what you want it do. Mine is almost 20yrs old and is in great shape.

I’ve had this thing forever in yellow and great to load up for dips and pullups. Sits securely when loaded up.

A rock solid piece that is overbuilt for the function. You can’t go wrong here.

This thing is built like a tank. I love how durable the nylon feels and how sturdy the chain is. It's worked well for weighted dips, pull-ups, and even rigged up to use for landmine belt squats. The pad is a great size for me, which makes it super comfortable.
