So far, so great. I've used these for standing hamstring curls and lateral raises going on 8 years without issue.

Not much to differentiate these from other ankle cuffs, but they are a great value. I bought my ankle cuffs so that I could use my low row station to do alternating leg curls and rear/lateral delt fly's. They have performed well and the build quality is acceptable. If you are looking for inexpensive ankle cuffs that fit comfortably and are durable then these are a solid option.

Honestly for what these are, I have minimal complaints.
They are a fair price, they are comfy to wear and they seem durable. The Velcro is strong enough to support my working weight on the cable system. My wife uses them a ton with her friend and they are a great way to get some variability for leg day on the cheap. The reality is that it is so hard to find new things to do on leg day, but I will lay face down on my bench and hook into my cable stack and do leg curls. I know some people do standing leg curls too but I prefer the lying curls. It’s also good for taking your grip out of certain lifts, but I don’t use it much for that.
It’s not the best if you wear short socks, like it doesn’t feel as good sitting right on your skin, but if you got some longer socks then it’s not a problem.

These ankle straps are great for the cable machine. My wife says they're comfortable and the stitching has held up well. Give them ago.

Seem to be pretty good value and have held up well with no damage my wife uses them for kickbacks and such. I also find them comfortable for things like cable lateral raises or rear delt flyes.

I bought these for my wife. She uses them occasionally but I don’t think she loves them. Just find the most budget friendly that look similar.
