A stern reminder of the line in the sand drawn by our founding 4-plate-squatting-fathers. The flag itself is well made and the printing is high quality, so I'm sure it'll be a staple in my home gym for decades to come.

I love this flag. This thing captures the essence of Massenomics. It plays off of something in the wider culture, connected to gym culture and has fun with it. Absolutely love this fleg. I believe this is the first one I bought, possibly my first overall purchase from Massenomics.

What’s better than a large flag hanging to enforce the #1 rule in the gym? Nothing. Dropping weights? Fine. Shirtless? Don’t care. Chalk everywhere? Awesome. Doing curls in the rack? Absolutely not. Just don’t do curls at all to make sure you’re not doing them in the wrong place.
