Elite Series Adjustable FID Bench

Seems like a very solid bench very sturdy. Only complaint is the instructions and the parts list.

It's a Titan product. It gets the job done. It is sturdy and safe. I've had no real issues with it and have recommended it to friends. From what I remember, the instructions were absolutely useless but it is figure-out-able. I like it as a starter bench but I think I'd rather save up the money for a Rep Nighthawk next time for the attachment port.

Overall, it gets the job done but is definitely not my favorite bench in the world. I got this as a hand-me-down from my sister when she upgraded to the Rep Nighthawk, and I quickly replaced it with the Freak Athlete ABX.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with this bench. I haven't had any issues with the bench showing signs of wobbling or any instability and I've benched up to 265lbs to this point. I can't say how it holds up to heavier loads, but for the amount of weight I'm pushing, it's adequate. I don't love the tapered seat, as I sometimes have to readjust myself when flat benching to get my legs into a comfortable enough position to get my feet flat on the floor (I'm only 5'4", so that may also be playing a role). Incline positions work great, and the bench marks the angle you're positioning the back into, which is really nice. I'm also not a huge fan of the gap between the seat and the back, but I think that's hard to avoid with an adjustable bench, specifically at this price point. I will say that I knocked it for value because I think it's worth spending a little bit more for a higher quality bench (like REP or Rogue). Overall, though, this gets the job done for me and I'm pretty happy with my purchase. Quick disclaimer: I don't do any decline benching, so I can't comment on the bench's decline functionality or comfort.

It was an okay bench I liked it just wanted something differnt. But I would consider again if I was stsrting over.

I only used this bench for incline and decline, and it was not sturdy. I wasn't a big fan of the tapered seat. It was heavy and awkward to move. it could be stored vertically when not in use. I didn't keep this very long.

I had the previous version of this bench. It was a fine FID bench, but I didn't use the D capability often. The fact that it wasn't meant to store upright either didn't help nor did the tapered back pad. If you want an FID bench and don't want to store it upright, you can do much worse, otherwise I would spend your money on another adjustable bench. The build quality was pretty decent, especially for a Titan Product though.

I have two of these. They work well but have two flaws. One is the ladder doesn’t stay when stored upright. Two there is a little instability while in use. Overall great piece to train on.
