Its a great accessory piece that I enjoyed using. It puts a ton of good stress on the pecs and makes it easy to keep your elbows tucked inwards. The adjustable back pad can let you simulate an arch on a bench press, and the adjustable handle height can give you the feeling of an incline or decline bench
