I'm a casual KB user and my main uses for these are Swings and double bell squats. I love being able to change weight in seconds and how little space they take up. The contour on the bell is much more comfortable than my previous (generic) cast iron and rep adjustable bells. There is some rattle, but I got used to that real quick.

Ive never really been a kettle bell person but this is nice since it is multiple in one and doesnt take up much space. Feels very nice for the few excercises that ive done.

I’m not the craziest kettlebell user, I like them for circuits and burn out sessions to end my workouts. With that in mind I feel this is the perfect adjustable kettlebell for my purposes. It takes up very minimal space and the starting and end weights are great.
The pin has never been an issue (as reported by some of the online reviews), for me at least. It makes changing weights super fast and easy. Occasionally when reseating the kettlebell I have to give a slight back and forth wiggle to get it properly placed. The unit itself is cast iron but it is thin-ish so don’t go throwing it into concrete.
10/10 would recommend this kettlebell.
