Fat Gripz One

Fat Gripz One

Measuring 1.75” in outside diameter, the Fat Gripz One Series is a quarter-inch thinner than the standard Fat Gripz model, making them a great option for athletes with smaller hands or those still developing their grip strength. These durable but lightweight grip attachments are made from a military-grade compound similar to heavy duty rubber, and their beveled ends ensure a secure fit on most types of bars (including curl bars), creating the same types of benefits as a thick axle bar. Fat Gripz One can also be used with dumbbells, cable attachments, exercise machine handles, and resistance bands to increase the diameter of the grip and ramp up the activation of the biceps and forearms during each workout.

These are slightly less fat - fat grips. You can use these to build your grip or make pressing exercises feel more comfortable. They are small and cheap and hold up well over time.

Great small price point addition to the gym I barely use them other than training for a specific event that may come up that would utilize them. Biggest complaint and it’s possibly by design is they tend to roll as your grip pressure may change making them harder to hold onto then needed but then again: that probably the freaking point

Excellent quality and performance. The price point is worth the spend if you are looking to add some variety to your grip.

Good skinny fat grips for helping when you need some fat but not too much. Helpful when you’re building up to an axle deadlift or wanting a little wider handle on your cable attachments.

Quick on quick off. They are great in my MX Evo 100 dumbbells since the handles that they come with are only 29mm. This brand seems to have the largest internal diameter of others out there, but I still would like to see it slightly larger so when engaged around a 29mm barbell or dumbbell handle - the ends would actually close to not leave any gap. They are comfortable and give a little boost to the forearms as well. I’m not keen on the huge colored branding and wish that was just in relief or embossed rather than colored.

Not too big that they are crazy to use. Nice to put on an ez curl bar or dumbbell to add some extra forearm engagement.

These are great, they add a good amount of width to the bar but not so much that you cant do more complex movements or pulls.

Good starting point for grip work. Especially for the girls. I have the pink and just started by using them on dumbbell accessories. Instruction manual is helpful on how to place them for what you are doing.
