All wood panels are CNC machined for secure, precision interlocking, and each assembled box offers the same internal reinforcing component as the plyo boxes we’ve built for CrossFit Games competition. American-made and battle-tested, this is a jump box built for safe, effective plyometric training at any skill level. Add one to a garage gym or order in bulk to serve multiple athletes at a larger facility.

This wasn't a great purchase. Having to put it together sucked. And it was just a handful of skinny pieces of unfinished wood. It did what it was supposed to do, which was as a pedestal for my Echo GHD. Once I dumped that, I dumped this. Would recommend a softer material for a box, since no way in hell I was going to jump on this thing and beat up my shins. Pass unless you have to hard fan-boy Rogue with every ounce of strength in your CrossFitting body.

Much rather foam boxes . Clients are always afraid of hitting there shins on the wooden boxes and I don't blame them

My wife and I had this at home before our home gym and it ended up staying outside on our patio all of the time. It held up surprisingly well in the weather for years

Solid construction. Can be a challenge to move around in a tight space. Still use for weighted step ups. May replace with padded version at some point.
