This machine feels 100% made for the elderly. The ergonomics are wonky with a limited range of motion, and the movement isn't fluid at all.

It does the few movements it can do well but does take up a lot of space, got it used from a commercial gym so it is sturdy but the cable did need replaced. This was easy to do, but putting it together is not easy to do for one person. This does seem like an unnecessary machine for a home gym since it has limited capabilities.

Never understood this machine. It takes up a ton of room for a very niche movement, but if wide grip unilateral pulldowns are your thing then this is the machine for you.

Kinda of a silly machine to be honest. Huge footprint and it does one thing, really wide pull downs, or sometimes called crucifix pulldowns. You can easily duplicate this movement in a cable crossover machine in a gym if you kneel down. Some free motion stuff is great, this is not

Had one of these when I was a trainer at mountain side fitness, it felt good and the angle was a nice change but it wasn't versatile at all, it was only good for this one very specific movement, I can't even justify the space in a commercial 11k sqft building
