After using these for years for climbing applications, I realized how handy they are to have in the gym. They easily adjust the length of a handle for rows, or height of ceiling mounted hand holds, or countless other tasks. They’re darn near free, and I have no complaints about their construction. They’re the bratty little sister of daisy chains.

Saw these in Jujis video with Daniel Strauss and had to get them these are easy straps you can place on your pull up bar to hang grip implements from for pull ups or hangs.
