Bought them for my kids and to use for some excercises. They seem good quality haven't used them yet. The straps I guessing are gonna be annoying to adjust and deal with bit for the price and on sale cant complain.

I’ve had these for many years. Crazy amount of strap length to constantly contend with and unravel that makes it hard to justify ever changing the setup. Primarily use it for dips now have them hanging over my Rogue Rhino with shackle hooks to do weighted dips. Extremely solid handles that feel great. I’d rather do dips with these rings than any straight handles.

The strap design is a bit annoying to adjust. It is difficult to get them the exact same length.

Cheaper than others and works just as well. My kids love these.

These are a great addition to any home gym. The rings themselves are very smooth and feel great in the hand. The straps are wide and sturdy, and the adjustment mechanism works as expected. However, I had to ding it on build quality because they skimped by not providing incremental markings on the straps so you can quickly adjust each side to match. I used a white marker to put my own marks on the straps but if I were buying again, I would just buy a different set for slightly more money that already has markings on them.

These have been a staple in my rack for a number of years. I use them for isometric holds and pushups.

Solid rings. Had them on my rack for a while to do inverted rows.
