Got these for free when gyms closed dont really use them and I don't think they are even made anymore. Injust known they were inspire.

They have these at costco once in a while and they are perfect along with an adjustable set for shoulder work after a heavy workout to have a set between 5-30pounds I modified the stand to be wall mounted
