This is a great power bar for the price! For squatting the knurl has a good amount of bite to hold the bar on your back but its passive enough it doesn't kill your hands for bench or pulls. Very nice manufacturing touches with tig welded thin collars as well as dot peened hansu name on the shaft. Can't go wrong using this one for a first bar in a home gym, especially in Canada where I live rogue/texas bars kill you on shipping costs.

Was lucky enough to get mine from Basement Brandon and see his gym. This bar has become one of my favorites for benching. The knurling isnt too sharp or too full. Only complaint is the sleeves are super slim so I constantly hit the racks with the plates while benching even on the Hansu combo rack

This Barbell is almost unbeatable at the price. I got it for around $230. The knurling isn’t as sharp as most barbells in the same field, but it’s still good. I dropped tested this Barbell at 500 pounds and it was still straight as an arrow

I think this is a great competition bar, especially for the value. The knurling feels great. I am not sure how Hansu makes money on this bar. I would recommend this over buying an Eleiko for your comp training, especially if budget is a concern.

This is a hard bar to beat if you're able to get it while it's on sale. Cost can be as low as $220 shipped, which is hard to compete with especially considering the build quality. Some of the issues however is that they've been changing the bar some. The first batch came with tig welded sleeves, laser engraved Hansu markings on the shaft, and an IPF approved sticker. Newer versions sometimes are missing some of these features. The knurling on here is good and the tolerances are tight, the other downside to this bar is just dealing with Hansu as their customer service sucks and they provide little to no info on your orders once paid.

I kind of have a hard time saying anything bad about this bar. The price is awesome. I like the finish. The knurling is good, but not SUPER aggressive. Knocking it down just a bit in the rating because Hansu has had some fulfillment and customer service issues at times.
