
IPF Powerlifting Competition Plate
Eleiko IPF Competition Plates are precision crafted from cast iron and finished in a durable powder coat for long-lasting performance. The redesign includes a rounded edge and angled groove around the plate circumference, as well as grooved grip strips and stamped product name into the back of the plate for improved handling when loading and unloading the plates from storage racks and the bar.

I had the old style plates that were painted on and the color used to come off in my hand, especially with the greens, for some odd reason. Blues were fine. I liked having the plates and had the chrome change plates. They were sexy AF. Problem is, I don’t compete, I’m American, and I can’t figure out kilo conversions because I’m a meathead. So I traded them for something more in line with what I use daily.

Pretty sure these are made in China, still a solid kilo option but you'll be paying extra for the name on the plate, there are better options that are also cheaper

I like the updated design as the lip is a bit more pronounced and ergonomic. However that being said, these are made in China like other similarly designs plates, but they charge more bc of the Eleiko branding.

Great plates. These were the most common ones around with Ivanko when Kilo plates really started becoming popular. Definitely pricier than most these days
