Really convenient way to get some extensor work in and help with the occasional elbow pain. I keep a set in my desk at the office and use them when my elbows get cranky.

Yes, they are just rubber bands in different thicknesses, but I do like to use them warming up for grip training and between sets. I only use the green and white. The other sizes are still in the original packaging. (10) rubber bands for $15 is not a great value but that is about the price of a burrito nowadays.

Don’t use them all the time but do like to work them in from time to time. Have had these for years and they are still holding up well. They may seems a little silly but you will feel it when you use them.

I just checked my Amazon history, and I bought these in 2018. I don't use them super frequently, but am happy to have them when I do want them. Outside of some of the logo print wearing off they still function like new, and they can definitely bring some irritation relief when my forearms are aggravated.

I like to keep these on my desk at work. They seem to really help with the occasional elbow pain that flares up every once in a while.

These were an impulse buy after I experienced some elbow/forearm pain from over using the Captains of Crush grippers. I’m sure there are cheaper options that would provide a similar result.

These are basically expensive, but more tailored banana bands. I do like how it feels to work that extension since most grip work is the contraction. The rice in a bucket trick would probably serve you better, but these are a low set up thing you can do between most sets to just get that opposite action working.
