Very stiff and uncomfortable, unforgiving padding. The vinyl is super slick too with no grip. The adjustability is marginal and the cost is excessive for what you get. The version that I used is slightly different then this one, but these characteristics run pretty much the same through their bench line.

I used this bench in a hotel gym. I’m guessing this is supposed to be a more ergonomic option to a flat bench. I wasn’t not a fan of the shape. Incline work was alright. I would not purchase this for home use.
