Lock-Jaw Flex Collar

Really well done collars overall. You can definitely feel the quality on these. The color looks great too. The one issue I ran into was that the interior black rubber lining that grabs the sleeve was a little off in sizing on one. When fully unlocked, one collar goes on perfectly and the other is really tight (even when unlocked). I do not feel like this is typical with Lock-Jaw, and was possibly just an isolated issue. I thought maybe it just needed to get broken in or something, and never told the company about it. I ended up having to shave down some of that material to make it fit more evenly like the other.

This is another purchase I made based on glowing Gym Radar reviews. I've had it for two weeks now and it has become my "daily driver" in terms of collars. There's very little I can fault it for in terms of design and function. It has a wicked "snap back" effect when unlocking, so be careful that you don't have fingers in the way of the clamp. I've seen reviews that its magnet is too weak, but I find mine to be pretty strong (maybe it's been upgraded since those reviews?). I do wish that the magnets were placed inside the collars rather than at the edge, so that it can stick snugly to my iron plates - but this is a very minor complaint. It clamps tight enough so that it can be used on specialty bars (e.g. with 1.9" diameter), which was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

These are awesome collars. Look great, feel great, and they won't move when you lock them in on your bar. I've been using them for a few weeks after seeing the review on the Paired and Powered up YouTube channel, and man do I love these things. Really easy to get on and off the bar, no crazy snap when you take them off, would recommend to anyone in the market looking for a collar upgrade that won't break the bank.

These collars are very tight. They fit my bars and hold everything in place. They also look sharp. I like being able to just keep them on my rack via the magnets. My favorite set of collars for sure

Love these things. They're tight for as small as they are, hook onto other bars like cambered and SSB, and I love how I can just attach it right to the rack with the magnets while changing weights

Tight. Work well on normal bars as well as axles and SSBs. Love the magnet for storage. Only drawback is the unlatch has some kick to it. Have bruised my finger a couple times when not paying attention.
