This is definitely the most extreme version of all of the slingshots. It's comparable to a lesser degree of those monstrosities today that you see 150lb teenagers benching 600 with on IG

Use to feel really good but throws my bar path off as I've gotten stronger, it forces more of a straight line bench instead of an up and back. Still a good training tool

I bought this when I tweaked my shoulder a while back, now it helps me when I want to do some forced reps after my main set. I’m probably not utilizing it as well as I should.

The gateway drug into band shirts, it’s a solid piece but once you experience a bench daddy, f8 widowmaker, or battle ready insert you won’t rate these any higher

I have all the MB Slingshots,and probably use this one the least cause I don't often overload with the kind of weight it can handle. I really enjoy all the MB products and find them helpful in reducing any shoulder pain.
