This feels like a quality bar in the hand. I don't think you go wrong getting this considering the price. But, I was a little disappointed that it had a few blemishes in the knurling. If not for that I would have given 5 across the board. Update: I exchanged this one for a replacement. The replacement came and is better but still has knurling issues. I think they're having quality control issues.

The REP Multi-Grip Curl Bar works well and has good knurling for me. The angles are decent, and it gets the job done for the curl and arm work I use it for. I actually need to use it more.

Honestly, no notes on this. For the price, this thing is great. It's actually super smooth during rotation. The knurling is passive, but it's definitely not something I want to be aggressive. The angles are pretty good. There might be multi-grip bars that are actually better, but for everything I've tried (including at commercial gyms), this is top tier.

The Rep multi-grip curl bar gets the job done. It feels good in the hands. To me, it's in the sweet spot as far as quality and price goes. It's a definite step better than the cheap attachments and does pretty much everything a more expensive attachment would do.

The REP Multi-Grip Curl Bar exceeded my expectations. The different grip angles make a huge difference in comfort, especially on my wrists and elbows during curls and tricep work. The build quality feels extremely solid, with a premium finish and excellent knurling without being overly aggressive.
What I love most is the versatility — multiple grip options let me target my arms differently while keeping movements comfortable and natural. It instantly became one of my favorite bars in my gym.
REP continues to impress with their quality and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

For the money, this is a great addition to any cable system. I’ve used some at gyms that were of lesser quality and didn’t feel as good.
The REP Curl bar is one of the staples in my home gym. It’s got a good knurling to it. The bar isn’t fixed into place at the attachment point, so it moves pretty smooth. I like to use this bar for tricep push/pull downs, curls, straight arm push downs, over head tricep extensions, and in a pinch you could use this for medium and close grip lat pull downs.
Over all I’m happy with this attachment. There is a little pitting on the metal up near the swivel point, but it doesn’t effect the functionality.

Good knurling, I use this piece on my functional trainer for many exercise variations. From Rep so the qualities there.
