This thing is a monster! I love it for banded back extensions, hip thrusts, bulgarians, and I can even use it with my bench for nordic hamstring curls. It is pricey but holding up very well. I'd recommend it for its versatility.

Great addition to my gym, a bit pricey, but buy once..., storage was my biggest concern with my initial purchase, but it inspired me to build out my pegboard wall. Versatile, well built anda beautiful piece of workout gear.

Rogue is often lauded for its ‘overbuilt’ engineering. This is great for stationary equipment or fixed accessories, but when you’re mounting and dismounting a heavy accessory to/from your rack with every use, the heft of a piece like this can become more burdensome to assemble than it’s worth. I added the Multi-Use rack roller to my setup to perform hip thrusts, as a leg pad for lat pulldowns, and for a number of other accessory movements. It’s a high quality accessory that performs well once in place, but its achilles heel is in the same robust build that allows it to stay firmly in place during heavy movements like split squats and hip thrusts. At >30 lbs, mounting the roller to your rack is made difficult due to its mounting method, which requires you to line up the pins to the same hole on either upright. This can be difficult since most rack uprights don’t have side markings. The redeeming qualities include quality vinyl upholstery, a consistent rotation, and extremely rigid fitment for minimal play. I think this is the perfect accessory for someone who already owns the Rogue Rhino, especially if they can keep it attached to the uprights when not in use. For those with a rack setup, I see less value. This is made less appealing as it’s also a challenging accessory to store. If I were to offer any advice to Rogue for future iterations, I would prioritize weight reduction over heft and perhaps stitching the padding/upholstery together ant the ends instead of using a drawstring with a cord lock. This would improve functionality and finish, without requiring significant re-engineering. Overall it’s a high quality piece that offers decent value (less so for those of us who don’t own a Rhino). If I had to do it all over, I probably wouldn’t order this one again.

Really a slept on product that is one of the most versatile pieces in the gym. Nordic curls, split squats, pull downs, hip thrusts and more can be done with this piece. It’s a bit expensive for what it is so that’s really the only thing I can knock on it.

This thing is great for lat pull downs and the roll and ability to put at any height or crossmember on your rack gives you a bunch of options for leg/body movements that can’t be achieved normally. Biggest drawback is that it’s big and awkward. Laying on the ground for storage was taking up a ton of room so I had to get creative with extra rack feet I had for upright storage. It’s also a pain to align in the rack but once you fight it in, it’s locked.

DANG this thing is cool and well built. It is massive and can be a bit challenging to adjust and move about, but if you want quality then you will get it. It is expensive. There are other alternative options to setup with single rollers or seats, but if you have a rack cable system with a middle lat pull down then this will feel great.

The multi use rack roller is one of those sleeper gym purchases that you didn’t know you needed. I use it almost every workout now. I’ve don’t nordics, hip thrust, split squats and tons more. It’s a great leg holder for pull downs as well. The only cons are it is somewhat awkward to store and it’s awkward to move around. A little pricey as well
