Pretty much every gym in SoCal has one of these, so I’ve used them for years. They’re fine, but the range of motion feels limited if you’re over six feet tall, the ergonomics definitely favor shorter lifters. It’s also far from a home gym essential, as you can get the exact same stretch and engagement using a basic single-arm cable pulley.

I loved using this machine. The motion is very natural/easy and you can feel it hitting all of the target muscles.

Hammer Strength Plate Loaded Iso-Lateral High Row is a great piece that gives an amazing stretch in the lats. Great quality but is expensive.

It’s a fantastic piece and a great burner. A different feel than cable work, or what you can achieve with free weights. My usual “go-to” is high rep, low weight, end of workout burn outs on it. Great change of pace when I can use one

This machine was a staple in my back training for a long time. To me this was the perfect motion to hit my lats properly. Its a cross between a lat pulldown and a horizontal row
