A hip-loaded lever you wear like a harness. Think “front-carry physics experiment” turned training tool: a center post you load with plates, plus multiple hook points to park a barbell for Zercher, front-rack, or back-squat variations. The farther you place the plates down the lever, the nastier the moment arm gets. Chuck Vogelpohl reportedly developed it to emulate heavy bag carries—that brutal “front carry” training effect without needing a feed store.

Used this probably about a decade agao and its amazing. Much better than having to walk around carrying a sandbag for distance. Sad that it's discontinued and super hard to find now

I think I may have gotten the last one before they shut down. I ordered it about a month before the guys made that video and it took about three months to make - because they had a large order in front of me. Must’ve been JuJis. Man I love this thing. It’s a pain in the ass to load but the neighbors all think I’m a maniac.

Had the pleasure of testing this bad boy out at the Mecca (Massenomics gym). Pretty neat and can simulate the stress of carries without worrying about your arms. It was uncomfortable but it makes you want to move quicker.
