Pro Series Triangle Row Attachment

This is one of my favorite row attachments. I like the knurl and for some reason it just feels right when I use it, it feels great in my back. These type of attachments feel good/bad for people depending on their build/preference but this one is one of my all time favs.

This feels really good in hand because of the nice knurling. It has some weight to it and feels like a solid piece. The Rep pro series stuff is much nicer than they other attachments.

This attachment has a really nice feel in hand. The handle diameter hits a good middle ground: not too bulky, but not so thin that it feels cheap or uncomfortable. The knurling adds just the right amount of grip without tearing up your hands. It also has a good amount of weight to it, giving it that “you're just the current owner” feel. I’ve also been impressed with the range of motion I get from it, which makes the movements feel smooth and natural. Overall, it is a solid, well-made attachment that feels like it will hold up for years.

One of the first attachments I bought, nothing really wrong with it but the attachment point is very far from the handles, so if you have low ceilings it's not a great purchase, you'll sacrifice a lot of range of motion if you're already tight on space.

Had this and sold it. It's well made with a solid knurl, but its fatal flaw is it's just too long, which depending on your set up can really limit your ROM. I have an Ares 1.0 and the length of this attachment just didn't work with the low row. I'm much better off with either just the included bar or a shallower mag grip or shallow V grip.

REP Fitness Pro Series Triangle Row Attachment is a great built attachment. The knurling is great but it is a heavy attachment.

Use this for close grip rows I love it heavy duty very knurled and comfort for heavy work

Got it for free with my Ares purchase or some previous Rep purchase. Wouldn’t buy it but it’s decent for free.
