Rep Fitness Bench Pad
Upgrade your bench with REP’s Wide Bench Pad. This pad is about 14” wide, compared with standard pads that are typically 11-12” wide. A wide pad is ideal for larger lifters and people who want more shoulder support, and it can simulate a floor press. Wide Bench Pads are made from thick foam and covered in grippy vinyl to keep you from slipping out of position while benching. Wide pads don’t change the height of your bench, just the width.

The wide pad is super spacious and comfortable, although it's not ideal for incline pressing in my experience.

Great value just know that these are wide. On an adjustable bench it will limit your range of motion. I’m a wide boi so I make it work. Had I to do it over I’d pass. With that said it’s still 5 stars.

Blackwing with the wide bench is an awesome combo. Sturdy as can be, and I cant recommend it enough. Not the easiest thing to love around but it’s beefy and sturdy when in use.

I used mine to make a custom bench. My custom bench broke, so I retrofitted a rep pad onto the base. Love the grip of the rep pads.

Wide boy on the Blackwing is a heavy duty combo very nice and grippy easy to clear and durable I am rough with it and it has not ripped

I have the wide flat pad and installed it on the Griffin flat bench. It's compatible and works great. Rep's reputation for the bench pads is well earned.
