The REP tricep rope is a basic cable attachment, but the build quality is good and it works exactly as expected. It is a little expensive for what it is, but I have no complaints about the performance.

This is usually a staple in every gym with a cable tower. I was surprised to find the one from REP was competitively priced so why wouldn't I go with a reputable brand? Build quality is as expected. It's a standard rope from a reputable company at a competitive price.
