Rubber Tread Slam Balls

Rubber Tread Slam Balls

The Rubber Tread Slam Balls are constructed for the highest-level performance, optimizing a full-body workout, and built to perform multiple reps throwing, slamming, or catching the ball. These non-bouncy durable balls are filled with sand to ensure no bounce and absorb impact. The shell is crafted with a high-quality rubber tread pattern that is easy to grip and will prevent blowouts when slammed to the ground. Slam balls are designed to increase muscle mass, enhance cardiovascular endurance, and improve hand-eye coordination while working with a partner. They are also perfect for getting rid of excess energy and pent-up frustration. Utilize this ball for overhead lunges, ball slams, Russian twists, squat throws, or air squats to take your workout to the next level.

Got a gift card so I used it on a 100 lb one of these. Was good for a while but it's starting to get deformed. Probably need to use it more.

This were a nice pick up. Reasonably and competitively priced. The lighter ones I use for certain abdominal exercises and heavier ones for Tabatas and HIIT. I have had to replace a few after about 4 years (one because the internal sand solidified into a rock, the other two because they completely deflated). So a bit of quality issues that I encountered.

Have a couple of these in the gym. Mostly get used by high school athletes. Overall not a bad option if your looking for a slam ball.

I have the 50lb version, which my kids used as an atlas stone and I slam the crap out of. The ball will deform from time to time, and you just have to pump a little air in.

I had a 150lb version of this but not anymore. It was an absolute tank. The treads can tear your forearms up but it really helps with the grip.

It’s a nice slam ball. I have a 45lb ball that’s more inline for cardio for myself. I’d like a 100-150 for more strength style movements but at that price and size I would be better off with a sandbag. I also have a 10lb ball that my toddler loves to pick up and drop
