RumbleRollers
The RumbleRoller is a scientifically engineered mobility tool designed to mimic thumb-like, deep tissue massage pressure. This effect helps to break up knotted muscle fibers, decrease muscle tension, and diminish tightness. This roller is much more aggressive than most conventional foam rollers and is able to get deeper in the muscle fascia to reach the toughest trigger points.

I do prefer this slightly over the traditional roller. Little bit more pressure on specific points

Not a bad roller. I use it mostly for IT band. The blue is not rigid enough for a lot of other body parts, for those I use either the bear post or a lacrosse ball.

Very well constructed high-density foam rollers, albeit on the pricier end. I'm at the age where I travel with mobility/recovery tools so it's nice to have the compact size available. Here you can see the length and diameter difference between the large firm and the compact original.

I think for larger individuals or people that are just tighter in general, that this thing is rather gimmicky. The knobs are too soft to really dig into a certain trigger point. I still prefer a good hard PVC pipe and angling myself around it to hit whatever spot I need to

High quality roller! The knobbiness to it is very effective!
