Spotter Arms Rack Attachment
You may be more than a pretty face, but dropping a loaded barbell while benching certainly won’t improve things. Stay safe while benching or squatting with the heavy-duty Spotter Arms Attachment! Or use them as a secondary squat/bench station for barbell supersets! UHMW lining protects your barbell from damage, while the Manticore version boasts extra UHMW to keep your rack uprights in tip-top shape.

When I was looking for spotter arms, my first choice was going to be Surplus Strength or Black Widow so that I could get a lower profile pair that took up less room on the rack and maybe a fancier color. However, the price and long lead times were too much and so I went ahead and got these with the thinking that I could upgrade later. Now I may not bother- these surprised me with how nice they are. I have the Manticore version, so there is UHMW everywhere you would want. And the fit on my Rogue rack is perfect especially since i can lock them in with the included magpins. Obviously they would also stand up to any weight that I might ever drop on them. As for the space they take up vertically, what I realized is that for me it doesn't really matter. I'm able to set them wherever I need for what I'm planning on doing. As I always have to remind myself, it's about the training that I'm doing and not just about getting the fanciest gear possible. Although the spotters from those other companies do look sick...

I have the Manticore version. So tough and rugged that I could drop my loaded curl bar on it and it wouldn’t break.
Its negative is that it takes up too much room on the rack post.

These are built like a tank. They have good length and are very secure. A pin is included with each of these to help secure them to the uprights. They could have lined them with UHMW where they contact the uprights. Very good piece though.

I really like these. They are on the outside of my rack. I’ve dropped over 400 lbs no problem. They even have a hole for a mag pin to lock them in place.

These work fine as spotters but they have one major flaw just like the Rogue version these clone. There is no UHMW on the mount to protect the finish on your rack. It’s metal on powder coat baby. If it wasn’t for that fact I’d score them higher. The fit and finish is fine. Nothing fancy but not cheap looking either.
