WELL FOR THE START OF MY HOME GYM ESCAPADE THIS WAS THE OG OF MY INITIAL START UP AND STILL TO THIS DAY I STILL OWN IT AND OCCASIONALLY BRING IT OUTDOORS AND USE IT OVER 1000LBS WEIGHT CAPACITY AT LEAST THAT WAS WHAT I LOADED IT WITH JUST TO SEE AND IT HELD NO PROBLEM JUST THE VERSATILE USE OF IT WAS GREAT AND ITS QUICKNESS TO USE OR CHANGE WAS PRETTY SWIFT TOO I AM SURE THERE ARE OTHERS MORE COST EFFECTIVE AT THE TIME IT WAS $99 I COULD NOT COMPLAIN
