T-3 Series Adjustable Lever Arms

I wanted to love these. I wanted to be that rare soul who buys jammer arms actually gets a ton of use out of them. Unfortunately, I wasn't, and these currently sit disassembled on my gym shelf. The problem is that they're just so damn unwieldy. I added the gympin adapters for lateral movement, and the weight of the arms is enough that I just hate getting them on and off my rack, or changing the height. When they're on there, I really do like using them for the occasional movement. I haven't sold them though because I'm holding out hope. When I can expand my gym (which will be when my daughter no longer needs her play space in the basement), I'll pick up a cheap rack, some vendetta adapters, and like Marshall says in his review, be able to "do any machine exercise you want."

Hands down the most versatile and used piece of my gym. Alone they are not that great but if you pair then with the vendetta adapters, gympin adapters and rorman strength handles. You can do any machine exercise you want.
