Bought a dowel from Bunnings and taped some powerlifting rings on it.
Great for rehab, mobility and warm up

A piece of PVC pipe that is about as thick as a barbell and 7ft long. I attach it in a power rack with bands about the same height off the ground as a loaded barbell is. It allows me to practice the slack pull of a deadlift and teaching myself the pre tension with the legs

Mine is a piece of bamboo from the back yard. I also have a piece of pvc that is flexible and loadable.

A piece of pvc pipe I use for shoulder dislocations before benching 3 times a week it’s sweet

The venerable PVC pipe. It misses a point simply because it can't match the charisma of the Drink Spotter or historical versatility of the horse stall mat. Nonetheless, it works great to mimic bar position on the belt squat and for an additional shoulder mobility tool.

I made a 4 pound 7’ long pvc barbell years ago for my wife to use post surgery. It’s a main piece of pvc with couplers on either side that step up to a 2” sleeve that can take plates and collars. This was instrumental in her recovery, allowing her to handle a bar on the big 3 while keeping the weight safe her under 15 lbs
