The Andreoni Bar
Few exercises light up your chest, triceps, and shoulders like dips—but for many, they’re painful, unsafe, or impossible. Shoulder pain, poor mobility, or past injuries often turn this powerful compound move into a risk instead of a reward. That’s why we initially created the The Andreoni Bar... BUT IT HAS BECOME SO MUCH MORE!

I bought this after seeing the initial Youtube reviews and found it was pretty good for the claimed pullover and assisted dip movements. After using it a while though it's great. I was never really into pullovers, but once you get the bench setup and functional trainer trolley heights dialed in it feels amazing and is now a favorite movement. The assisted dips was never appealing until I hurt my shoulder and find this assisted/weighted dip movement doesn't aggravate it at all like an actual dip can. I'm sure it's great for rows too so I'll try that next. Highly recommended.

Love this thing for assisted dips. Got it for that and it works great for that. Didn't try anything else they say you can use it for.

Such a simple idea but also very innovative and functional. Owner of the company is very communicative and makes other great products. This bar gives you so many exercise movement possibilities!

The Andreoni Bar is an amazing cable attachment and it performs many movements incredible well. The lat pullover is an amazing movement and is easy to setup on my Rep Arcadia Max. The bar does many other movements very well. The owner of this new startup company has been amazing to work with and he really seems to care about his customers. I would highly recommend this product and any other products that he sells.

I was able to snag this bar during a sale and also able to use a discount code. The total price shipped was $148. It’s well worth that amount. It’s a unique offering because it engages both weight stacks simultaneously. Two bars, one straight and one ez curl bar, with dual attachments came with my functional trainer. Both of which I do not use. This bar’s connection points are exactly at 46” apart for those of you interested and wanting to measure the distance between your cable connection points. I find pulling movements more stable and enjoyable/interesting using this bar. Chest supported rows work beautifully with the bent design of this bar, shrugs, good mornings, curls (meh), lat pullovers are nice with this too. Pressing movements like OHP, for instance, bring to light the inherent instability with engaging both stacks. If there are significant cable tension differences between your two stacks, that will become highlighted with pressing movements.
The bar is well made, has passively medium knurling (if that makes sense) and I got a great deal on it.
