That Fat Axle bar is an excellent bar to have in the rotation. The knurling on the cerakote version is perfect for solid grip through extended use and it's a joy to use. I'm not doing any strongman stuff, but I've really enjoyed using it for wrist curls, as well as adding an extra grip challenge to incline bench pressing and something about the way using it forces lat and core engagement when doing back extensions feels fantastic. I've tried it for deadlifting and it was OK, but the fully knurled bar is pretty rough on the chins (and obviously its very hard to hold with heavy weight). If they make a version without the center knurl my dumb ass will probably buy that, too - I've liked it so much.

An excellent barbell storage solution to get them nicely out of the way while being easily accessible. I can't imagine actually using my Safety Squat Bar in particular without the Anchor.

I bought this after seeing the initial Youtube reviews and found it was pretty good for the claimed pullover and assisted dip movements. After using it a while though it's great. I was never really into pullovers, but once you get the bench setup and functional trainer trolley heights dialed in it feels amazing and is now a favorite movement. The assisted dips was never appealing until I hurt my shoulder and find this assisted/weighted dip movement doesn't aggravate it at all like an actual dip can. I'm sure it's great for rows too so I'll try that next. Highly recommended.

Placement of the bend is pretty ideal, but the knurling is quite passive. It works really well for bench press variation and is pretty great for the price.
