Cambered Bench Press Bar

Cambered Bench Press Bar

With a 3" drop, this specialty barbell lets you drive the bar below your chest for a fuller range of motion and bigger chest, triceps, and shoulder activation. By adjusting hand placement and the angle of descent, this cambered design creates a more ergonomic press to reduce strain on your wrists and shoulders. The instability introduced by the curve also challenges your stability with every rep, sharpening control and body awareness that'll pay off when you switch back to regular bars.

Placement of the bend is pretty ideal, but the knurling is quite passive. It works really well for bench press variation and is pretty great for the price.

I got this bar strictly for camber bar bench press, and it is very good for that application. I wouldn’t call the knurling or build quality in general great, but it isn’t bad by any means. This showed up on my doorstep hanging out of the tube with a few small dings on the sleeves which I really don’t care about but that has been my experience with Titan and their packaging, so if you buy from them be prepared for that. I got it on sale, and if you’re in the market for it I definitely wouldn’t pay full price as Titan seemingly does sales every other week. Overall I’m happy with the purchase and you can’t beat the value on this.

Effective at the advertised exercises, but the hand positioning and knurling is a bit awkward. I can imagine if you are particularly wide or narrow that it may be hard to get into a comfortable position. Besides that, the knurling is sharp and it feels good in the hands.

Titan Fitness Cambered Bench Press Bar is a great bar and it has a stretch on the bench press. The only negative thing I can say is that Titans shipping and packaging sucks. When it got the bar it was scratched up because the packaging was so poor.

Great bar to add variation to your training. You get very deep stretch and going back to normal bench feels like partial ROM. Knurl it not good but it doesn't really need to be. If you have a narrow grip, closer than ring finger on the ring, this may not be for you as the bend starts around there. Good bar overall.

Very deep stretch for pressing that feels great. I have no other utility for it other than that. Used it on Fringe Sport BOB and felt great. The knurling is barely there. The camber is really wide to that forces a wide grip as well. The balance is off too so you need to control for the camber wanting to spin. For the cost and unique add to routine, would recommend.

This is a fun bar to add to your bench training. The stretch is good. The hand placement was a little odd for me and the knurling isn't great, but for something I'm using as an accessory it suits my needs. Especially for the price.

If you are looking for a nice big stretch on pressing movements or a bar for better rom on seal rows, this is your jam. This really engages the pecs on bench and incline and I prefer it to dumbbell pressing. The only issue I have with this bar is that the sleeves are incredibly smooth and slightly undersized in diameter, which I don’t like for solo benching without collars. The weights slide around a bit.
