This patent pending rack attached chest supported row can be utilized for rows or flys using a barbell, dumbbells, Center Mass Bells®, kettlebells, sandbag, or cable machine. This unit has four adjustment angles and can support arms, legs, head, or back for added stability during a multitude of pressing and pulling movements. Space saving design compared to stand alone chest supported row machine. The Bulldog Pad comes standard with black/black naugahyde upholstery. Custom colors available.

Well built and well finished. It’s pricey but the value is there based on all the different things you can do with it and how sleek it stores.

I picked this up on Facebook Marketplace a few months ago, and it’s become a staple for a wide variety of movements. I’m honestly surprised by how versatile this piece is; far more useful than I expected when I first brought it home.

My pad had some great uses. Primarily as chest supported row. It stowed easily just hanging on upright. It’s built superbly and the leather upholstery is top grain. This style of attachment was the first of its kind. Now you see the Thresher pad, Exponent Edge Infinity Arm, BOS Seal Row Pad, Revolt, Pegasus, …all kinds of permutations.
With all the other options that have a greater amount of adjustment positions for bracket and pad, it’s hard for me to still recommend this. It’s workhorse…but it’s being outdone now by other options.
